TITLE I>> THE FANS
:: CHAPTER>> OBJECTIVES
Article 1 - The association of supporters of the Saints of the Tsunami Torcida Santos, founded on April 19, 2010, is an organized crowd of Santos Futebol Clube. Aims to defend the colors of the Saints and promote social campaigns and others.
Article 2 - Since its founding on April 19, 2010, the Tsunami Torcida Santos adopts Acronym TS.
Article 3 - The Twist Tsunami Santos - TS - defends the democratic and representative government.
Article 4 - The Twist Tsunami Santos - TS - with headquarters and jurisdiction in the city of Santos, Sao Paulo.
:: CHAPTER II>> THE ASSOCIATED
Article 5 - Member of the fans is one who accepts the Statute, it is their decisions and pay contributions regularly established.

Article 6 - Membership in the Tsunami Torcida Santos is individual and voluntary and is made through the Registration form. The proposed admission approved, the member may already enjoy the privileges of a member.

:: CHAPTER III>> OF DUTIES AND RIGHTS OF MEMBERS
Article 8 - The duties of the members of the crowd:

b) implement decisions of the crowd;
c) maintain close links with many soccer fans in Brazil and dedicate themselves to defending the peace in stages;
d) to observe the discipline of the Association, also mandatory for all members, regardless of their merits or the positions they occupy;
e) be sincere and honest with the fans, do not allow that hides or distorts the truth;
f) develop critical and self-criticism, pointing out the defects in the work of fans, fight against the errors and weaknesses and do something to eliminate them;
g) paid the tuition established;
h) new members to join the crowd and
i) develop the propaganda of ideas, documents, materials and proposals of the Tsunami Torcida Santos;
j) all members are equal in rights and duties
Article 9 - The rights of members of the crowd:
a) participate in discussions and decisions freely and responsibly, respecting the decisions of the majority,
b) keep your opinions, if different, and defend them when the discussion on the matter is reopened, while complying with the decisions that diverge;
c) to require personal participation when it comes to resolve its position or conduct;
d) to appeal a disciplinary decision concerning him and
e) go through your body, suggestions and proposals from any party of successive instances;

:: CHAPTER IV>> FANS OF DISCIPLINE (ASSOCIATION OF CROWD)
Article 10 - The crowd defends its political unity and action through discipline conscious, freely accepted and binding on all members, preventing disruptive activity in their midst.

:: TITLE II>> THE BODIES OF THE ASSOCIATION OF THE CROWD OF FANS TSUNAMI SANTISTA YOUR JURISDICTION AND OPERATION
:: CHAPTER>> democratic centralism

:: CHAPTER II>> THE ORGANIZATION AND THE BODIES OF FANS
Article 15 - The crowd is organized and is established in the following structure:
a) The fans will be administered by the Board consists of President, Vice President, General Manager, Management, Public Relations, representatives of the Districts.
Article 16 - It:
a) the President and Vice President: the duties inherent to the administration and representation of the crowd.
b) The Board, the amount of social goods, and payment upon receipt of accounts covered by the Members. The oversight of bookkeeping and extraction of monthly and annual balance sheets.
c) The Public Relations, exchange of experiences and friendships with other supporters, organize and structure the association and enforce measures taken by Members.
d) The Secretary of the Organization of Districts, are the key bodies of the crowd that is to organize the association in their origin.
Article 17 - The supreme body of the Tsunami Torcida Santos Santos - TS - is the Meeting of the TS. This shall meet ordinarily every 1 (one) year, within the 1st half of December - serves to discuss issues contained in the crowd.
Article 18 - The Meeting considered and the crowd is called with the publication by the Board.
Article 19 - The Board is the governing body of most fans. It elected a new board members when any member is devoid of activity within the crowd.
Article 20 - It is the Board:
a) convening and meeting the fans and set the standards for their operation;
b) identifying the orientation of the fans to be pursued by other partners;
c) promote, with the competent organs, the record of the Statute.
:: CHAPTER IV>> FINANCE AND HERITAGE OF FANS
Article 21 - Financial resources of the fans is composed of:
a) contributions from members;
b) campaigns carried out by financial supporters;
c) Other contributions not prohibited by law.
§ 1 - The contributions referred to in subparagraphs 'a' and 'b' will be fixed by the Board.
Article 22 - Shareholders of the crowd consists of:
a) income property;
b) donations and bequests.
Article 23 - Members of the crowd did not respond by the alternative arose in me in the crowd.

:: TITLE IV>> TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS
Article 24 - the missing cases in this Statute shall be settled by the Board.
